1. Spend some time with your best friends doing "other than wedding" activities.

2. Take a trip to the theater and catch a new flick- alone, with your man, or with your friends- it's all about escaping wedding reality for a bit.

3. Visit the gym, the shooting range, or practice your favorite power inducing activity.

4. Join a Bridal Forum and blog out your feelings.

5. Color, Draw, get on the swings at the park- just be a kid again!  And bring along your soon to be Mr. for some extra bonding time!

6. Volunteer!  Helping out always makes you feel better.  And if you really don't have time for it, try incorporating a new environmentally conscious habit into your routine.  You'll be surprised how refreshed you'll feel!

7. Forget the diet for a second and grab a drink or dessert!  Indulge in your favorite de-stressing activity.

8. Spend some extra "you" time reading your favorite book, blog, or non-wedding related magazine.

9. Get some extra sleep!  Enough said.

10. Write a list or make a collage of everything you are grateful for or are wishing for in the future!
